Explore the fascinating village of Eze - located in the Alps of Provence

Eze - Cote d'Azur

The day was not the better to visit the picturesque village of Eze. It was overcast! A mountain village on the French Riviera, its slopes which plunge into the Mediterranean Sea. All this can be seen from above (when the weather is not closed). But were not the clouds that would mess up my ride.

Aquele vilarejo estava a minha espera. Mais um para a minha lista. 😉

No, I do not get tired of medieval villages across Europe. If you follow the Passport with pepper, you know very well that I am a fan of this kind of place.

Even before reaching the final destination, we have traveled a winding road and fascinating. The Mediterranean Sea accompanied us throughout the trip. As we were getting louder, we got along realize how impressive is the famous blue coast.

I was fascinated! The expression of surprise lodged in my face. The landscape distracted me and when I least expected it reached the final destination.

There she was, the village of Eze, all covered by the wall and its buildings in sight.

With my smile, strong heart pulsing through the alleys of rocks of a typical French village, started breaking the site.

Calmly and without haste I walked, one step after another. An alley here, an alley there. A pause for a picture, pause for a breath and another break for a kiss. = D

  • Back love, here has a bequinho we have not seen! I say in animated tone.

The labyrinthine streets awakened me a strong desire to find out all that little piece of paradise wedged in the Alps of Provance.

Every new narrow pass a new exciting building. The stone buildings set the tone of Eze, gray, this was his color.

We go through all of that charming village streets.

I fell in love with every detail: flower pots, lamps and buildings. I felt the smell of lavender exuded by all the alleys, that came from the numerous shops of soap. I deliciei me with a cappuccino accompanied by an unforgettable view and my best company.

Vale a pena conhecer.  😉

Barely knew had not lived all the experiences Eze would offer me.

At the top of the village lies the Exotic garden and I'd say it's a must!

Besides the great view, plenty of cacti and succulents surprised me.

Nature is really generous and curious.

I looked at the Mediterranean regained my breath and went up to the highest point of the garden. Spend a lot of time to admire the scenery, it would be a cliché if I said it looked like a picture, but guess what? It looked like a picture!

A work of art that neither the Louvre are able to buy.

Seen from above, the Eze village won another color, the orange the rooftops. The earthy tone contrasted with the green that shone its most powerful tone from the most colorful season: spring. The day was cloudy, but I realized that the wild blue yonder was deep down wanting to be part of that immaculate landscaping. The clouds gave me an opportunity, I could see the entire landscape. I sought a little corner and stood there, me and my thoughts just savoring that one moment.

I said goodbye that fate with the feeling of accomplishment, would never forgive myself have gone to the region of the French Riviera and not have known this village so engaging.
